Maintenance Support Service

Voice Perfect provides a 24 hour, 7 day a week maintenance support service to its customers. Our maintenance services are designed to suit our clients' requirements and range from:

* First Line Support (onsite engineer - minimum 4 hours response, 7 days a week, 24 hrs a day, together with preventative maintenance visits)

* Second Line Support (onsite engineer to support client's in house maintenance team, 7 days a week, 24hrs a day)

*Third Line Support (telephone technical support, software upgrades etc)

Our engineers are not only technically trained, holding one or more of the following qualification: BSc (Hons) degree Electronics and Electrical Engineering; BSc degree Information Technology, BSc (Hons) degree Computing; MSc degree Interactive Computing; HNC in Electronics, but hold all relevant safety training certification (fire, security access, firsd aid).
