Our level of support for DVA and VTU systems is unique. We continue to support all installations of our SCAS® and Talk-2 products, as well as providing maintenance and support for other audio and voice systems.
Our service is tailored to meet your requirements, for example:
► First Line Support (onsite engineer - minimum 4 hours response, 7 days a week, 24 hrs a day, together with preventative maintenance visits)
► Second Line Support (onsite engineer to support client's in house maintenance team, 7 days a week, 24hrs a day)
► Third Line Support (telephone technical support, software upgrades etc)
